Biography
William J. Toulouse is originally from Emmons, Minnesota and was a member of the last graduating class from Emmons High School in 1990. Bill was admitted to the Minnesota bar in 1998, joined Quarnstrom & Doering, P.A. in 1999 as an Associate Attorney, and has been a Partner and Shareholder of Quarnstrom & Doering, P.A. since January 2001.
Bill is an active member of the Southwest Minnesota State University Mustang Boosters, Knights of Columbus Council 1621, and Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Outside of the office, Bill's interests include watching sports, playing golf and trivia. Bill is married to his wife, Traci, and has two children, Courtney and Anthony (AJ).
